The staff were friendly and doing their best to get food to everyone especially on a Friday night despite the fact they super busy. “I stopped in based on the reviews. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately the service was not up to par. The server sat down to have lunch. Not one person asked me if I was good or needed anything. I asked for a drink refill and another server quickly jumped into action. I would have given a solid 5 if she had seemed interested. I told her it was my first time in.“
“Just tried a burger and fries today. OMG so good, just enough seasoning on the burger and fries! The danky sauce I was skeptical about ,but babyyyyyyy that sauce is fire!!!!!! The truffle sauce is good as well. The burger is small but filling so itbwas justvrught for me, they have diffrent sizes too. I couldn't even finish my fries and drink. This was definitely a fun stop, and as you walk in, you see the numerous amounts of sodas that they sell. I'm a big root beer fan, so we bought a couple for the road. They also do have some great Souvenirs abd a small little diner inside.We were both a little hungry, so we decided to try them out. The Diner was busy, but we were seated right away. We took a glance at the menu, which offered several different types of selections from a breakfast menu, burgers, sandwiches, hotdogs, salads, and a dinner menu. They also offered a desert menu, along with shakes, malts, floats, and of course sodas.I asked what people like to order, and our waitress suggested I get the "Round Barn Burger" since it had a fried egg and bacon. This was served on a croissant. This was delicious, and the burger was nicely cooked and juicy. Chuck ordered the "Black Bean Burger Wrap." He said it was delicious and probably one of the best he has had. Our meals came with a side order. We both opted for the fried okra, which was nicely seasoned and fried nicely. We also ordered an appetizer, Pop's Sampler, which included Queso Fries, Fried Pickles, and Chicken Quesadilla. All the items were delicious.The staff were all great, friendly, and outgoing. The food came out quickly. The staff checked in on us frequently.Overall, we had a great experience here. This definitely is a great place to stop if you want a quick meal, grab some different types of sodas, buy souvenirs, gas up, or even just to rest. My only thing was, I just wished we were passing through during the evening to see the neon. There is always a next time“

My boyfriend and I had such a hard time choosing with all of the yummy options and we went with the catfish lunch that he devoured. I got the croissant French toast and ate every bite! “Was very disappointed on tonight's dinner. My mashed potatoes and my turkey were cold. Had to send it back to be warmed up. For some reason the turkey had a wild game taste and was not very tender. Will not choose that item again. My son's chicken tenders were also not hot. Needless to say we left most of our dinner on the table. This was not what I expected from this restaurant.“

“Decided to test the dining facility after years of not eating there. Going back as a TSgt when my last meal there was an A1C brought back some pretty good memories. Some of the staff from almost 10 years ago is still there and recognized me. Great people. The food hasn't changed a whole heck of a lot, but any change that has happened has been positive. Glad they finally have a card reader so you don't have to pay cash, though. That's what kept me from going back sooner. It's a non-profit dining facility, so expect to save quite a bit of money if you choose to eat here. Depending on which items you choose, you can have a healthy full meal for about 4 to 5 bucks!“
“I like Louie's. This was my first visit to this location but have been to 3 other locations. I had the Prohibition burger and it was great. It was a cold evening when my brother and I were there and some of the wait staff kept going out the side door to smoke. I'm a big guy and rarely get cold but the constant opening of that door was bringing a blizzard right across my table, brrrrrr! It's not that big of a deal but it was kinda annoying. I would imagine most women would have found the cold blast intolerable because they are generally more sensitive to cold. The only other thing I notice was it was spotlight bright inside the restaurant. It's like they had all the lights on like you do when you are closing and it was extremely bright in there. Not very conducive to any ambience or coziness for daters but I was there with my brother and even still found it to be much like the lights you would be under if abducted by aliens. We used to work and manage some bars and know a thing or two about creating an atmosphere and the examination lights are not it. Other than that this location is fine and some may like it bright as a nuclear blast when they eat. Jist to be clear I like Louie's and they have good food in my opinion and the couple of incidents I listed here aren't that big of a deal. But if you don't say something in a review they may never know or they may have good reason for how they operate. Give them a try if you've never been there, my guess is you'll be back again for the food but maybe not so much for the alien exam. :)“

You pretty much won't go wrong with any of the breakfasts (omelets are excellent, really good grits, biscuits and gravy are outstanding), had chicken club with a HUGE grilled breast that was tender, juicy, and messily wonderful with homemade onion rings on this visit. 4 stars only because it WOULD be nice to have a few more non-fried options on the menu.“

“This place was so good I don't even know where to begin! The French fries were to die for, like seriously the best I've ever had! I had a patty melt that was well seasoned and the onions were caramelized to perfection. My kids had a grilled cheese and a blt. But the real stars of the trip were the shrimp! Oh man, absolutely delicious, I don't think I've ever seen my kids eat so much. For dessert we brought home a slice of their homemade carrot cake. It was fantastic. My kids really enjoyed their time at OTE and so did I!“
“Stopped by while waiting for the okc city bus which passes by right out front. Got a goat burger for $10, but that comes with crinkle fries and a drink (in a can), so comparable to a standard cow burger. Whole leaf lettuce, red onion slices, pickles, and a very thinly sliced ripe tomato. Don't bother with cheese; the patty is that good. I took a photo but after 30 minutes on bus and bicycle, it wasn't very photogenic, but just as delicious as if i enjoyed it at their outdoor picnic tables. I've had their chili cheese fries in the past, and they're great too.“
“My husband and I ate dinner at Rib Crib last Sunday night just spontaneously wanting something little different to eat and we hadn't been to Rib Crib in a while. He a had their pulled pork sandwich which he liked with fries and some and smoked beans. I was going to some meats but instead had their Crib Cobb Salad which was absolutely delicious and amazing and totally awesome and totally yummmmmoooo!!!!! “A small town breakfast and lunch diner. We ordered a cheese burger and onion burger and large fries. More than enough for two. Burgers were delicious and fries seemed to be hand cut. The restaurant has daily specials, and I will certainly eat here again. Service was spot on and friendly. Cost for food came to 16 bucks. Give it a try.“
