“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!“

Food is prepared very well, service is always good, and everything is done in a timely manner.

My frustration is with the stalls not being 100% I was unable to leave a tip after running my card and I felt really bad. Dominique was my car hop, and he was very professional, and had a positive attitude even though I was unable to leave him a tip, as I did not have any cash on me.

Just his attitude alone would be enough for a return visit. Hold on to employees like him. Also to everyone behind the scenes, your efforts do not go unnoticed. If no one told you today, Great job!“

“I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“

“I went through the drive thru as I do many times and ordered the special, two ham and swiss melts. Got on the road , discovered a booboo, called them, manager said to come back in. Went back the next day (27Jun), explained to the manager, Ian, and he happily replaced my order and threw in a fried pie!! Can't tell you enough how great the staff is there and the food is always top notch! Thank you, Arby's!!“

“Solid experience overall! I ordered a chili dog, a burger, and some jalapeño poppers, all of which hit the spot. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful, though not quite “mind-blowing,” hence the four stars.
Service, however, was excellent, fast, friendly, and surprisingly attentive for a drive-in. The staff had my order out quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere was classic Sonic, casual, convenient, but a bit dated and could use some sprucing up.
All in all, a great stop for comfort food and good vibes. I’d definitely come back for another round of poppers and that chili dog.“

“I always get good service and food at this location. Tonight, Febian (I hope I spelled that right) was hustling. I saw him handling multiple orders at once. He still came to the window and greeted us with the warmest smile and professionalism. He made sure we had everything we needed and sent us on our way. 👏🏻“

Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. “Eric and Jeff CRUSHED IT tonight. They were absolutely slammed when I walked in, but they kept things moving like a well-oiled machine. Eric maintained a great attitude despite an endless line of mobile orders coming in, and Jeff kept churning out those sandwiches. I didn't hear a single complaint the whole time I was there - just a positive spirit and a willingness to persevere. I have had some negative experiences at this location in the past, but tonight, they redeemed their reputation. It was a shining example that other restaurants should follow, and I'm grateful for the service I received. ?“

“This place has improved so much since last time I was here. I ordered the jumbo jack cheeseburger by itself for $5.49 and i only waited 2 minutes for it. The bun was amazing, plenty of flavorful cheese, the patty was good sized and plain but with all the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles the mayo and the ketchup it was a perfect conjunction. Despite of the cashier being so apathetic, the food was very good and I will give them another chance after this.“
