“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!“

“Normally have their food for lunch which is always great. Had them cater my daughter's graduation dinner and they were absolutely great! A taste of great Puerto Rican food that we didn't have to cook.“

Food is prepared very well, service is always good, and everything is done in a timely manner.

My frustration is with the stalls not being 100% I was unable to leave a tip after running my card and I felt really bad. Dominique was my car hop, and he was very professional, and had a positive attitude even though I was unable to leave him a tip, as I did not have any cash on me.

Just his attitude alone would be enough for a return visit. Hold on to employees like him. Also to everyone behind the scenes, your efforts do not go unnoticed. If no one told you today, Great job!“

“I’ve eaten chicken express in Lawton many times over the past three years. Literally every single time, the customer service has been amazing. They treat you like a friend. The food has always been great, and the price can’t be beat. I made the mistake of going to KFC one time since I’ve been here, and will never go again. The customer service sucked!!!! “**somehow changed to "recommends"... we do NOT recommend** My mother decided to treat us to Chick fil A for a family get together this evening, so she put an order in right about 5. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.“

“Is in the only person eating Arby's as my cousin said. Then I'll be the only one. I love Arby's. They misquoted my order 3 times. I corrected it. When I got home I had the wrong order but it rang up as the one they quoted. But when I went back they gave me the right order. The manager was very friendly. And of course my fries were cold so I didn't eat them. It's the trend I guess.“

“When I saw this Chick-fil-A on Thursday night, & I thanked myself. This must be the one from the former central mall, now plaza, and I was right.
I was trying to get something last night from inside the building. But unfortunately they were closed at 9PM, so I had to go to the drive through and they helped me very much out for the rest of the night.
Their chicken is very delicious along with the fries and their lemonade as well.
The employee staff needs a little work on helping the customers, at least they were very helpful for me on that night.“

“I had a small issue and only left feedback and management reached out to me within the hour, apologized and invited me back for a free meal. I called to verify the meal and one of the employees asked who sent the email so i started to look and on shift management got on the phone. I let him know that i was offered a free meal and without hesitation, the young gentleman told me to come in and it was no problem. Very professional management working at this location and i would definitely recommend making this your store.“

“I used a coupon for 2 can dine for like $15 and it was worth it. Got everything the way I wanted except I ordered cheese and didn't get it but I wasn't charged for it. So I can't complain. Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. I did try to do the survey and the receipt was blurry and didn't have the store number required to take the survey for the free whopper.“

“Service and quality were great! Came in after being turned away from their sister location due to being unable to navigate the mobile app with their system. Not only did they take my mobile order with no issue, the food was out very quickly with zero mistakes. Not to mention they were in the middle of a lunch rush and the place was packed, they still provided great customer service! I have had some negative experiences at this location in the past, but tonight, they redeemed their reputation. “This Subway location is the best I have experienced in years. I started to worry about Subway’s future existence but this location has given me hope that there are still locations that ownership and or management still care about customers. We visited on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The inside was clean, the staff seemed to be wry happy and positive, the food was fresh and a big point for me is the veggie case. The veggies were fresh and didn’t have the appearance they had been sitting there for hours drying out. Another point I will mention is that there were at least 3 employees working. May have been more, possibly a manger in back but there were three bodies on the line making sandwiches and checking customers out. Subways in general run the minimum amount of employees (which in my experience is always one) and they are usually overworked and stressed and don’t always provide the best quality of service. Thank you to whoever owns this location. We were visiting family in the Comanche County Hospital and our experience at your establishment made our visit to Lawton, OK a little more enjoyable.“
