The general manager Alex was very friendly when we called in. We were missing a gravy for my husbands meal and not only did he take care of that issue, he also stated when we order next to call in and let him know we were ordering and he will take care of us. Great customer service and great resolution. Shoutout to Alex! Great food also.
Was so excited to try it out, had heard great things about it! Me and my mother went today mind you the temperature today is 52. We get seated right under a huge fan and close to the door. Our waitress comes and takes our order and brings our drinks. I said it’s freezing in here she just laughed and said yes unless you are running around and then it feels good.
