This is about the location in High Point, NC, Restaurant # 1584:
Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail).
I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.

I have eaten there several times since the Pearsall location has been open. I have gotten great service, great food, and the place has been clean, the food was spot on, cooked just right. At least I don't have to worry about Mold on my ice, the onion rings and fries aren't dark and doesn't taste like greasy cardboard. The management and staff is AMAZING, Not Rude unlike other places in Pearsall.

Whataburger is a popular stop for travelers and locals alike. Despite a slight delay during a shift change, the restaurant delivers on its promise of great food. Friendly and helpful staff, including Sheena and Tasia, go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience. The burger and restroom are definite highlights, and the drive-thru and online ordering options are convenient. Overall, Whataburger is a great choice for a delicious meal and great customer service.
