“Went to the opening today, absolutely great to see it was packed and busy, waited 50min to get my order, which under the circumstances I felt was expected, food was fantastic, mushrooms were exactly how I remembered them, except when I got home was missing my daughters nuggets and my chicken roll, I was devastated, waiting yrs to eat this roll again lol. Staff were fantastic and apologetic for wait. Rang and left msgs but no reply...rrcieved a wrap instead of roll, ill be taking it back tomorrow with receipt as proof, definitely will be back, and definitely recommend, shame order was wrong.ill be back for that chicken roll, can't wait, other than mix up food was fantastic“

“I've been eating at city bites since the first one opened in Bethany in 1986. I love their bread. I get the ham and cheese on white, which is absolutely wonderful. This location is the best by far to me. The employees are always friendly and professional. I've only had one issue with an order, and they were quick to make it right. Thank you, and keep up the good work!!!“

“My sister, niece and I were in Mustang for a marching band contest that included 17 bands from around the state (Jenks, Stillwater, Norman, 2 Moore High schools, etc). During the evening break we went to Del Rancho for dinner. Food was good. It became very busy after we arrived. The manager spoke very positively and encouragingly to the staff “Take a deep breath “ “Don’t answer that phone, they’ll call back” (we took that as let’s get customers that are here taken care of FIRST, Then we can take care of call ins) Ma’am, thank you for taking care of your employees respectfully so they could take care of the customers.“
