“I like that all of their dairy products come from A2 milk. It makes me feel like I'm doing something healthier for my family when I buy dairy products from them. Also love the ice cream! Lots of varieties. Also I love that I can buy the same flavors of ice cream in the restaurant and the grocery part. So if I get a flavor at the restaurant that I like, well I can just walk over to the freezers and buy a carton of it! Great place!“

“I love coming here for all my grocery needs, from bread, milk, and eggs to frozen pizza, ice cream sandwiches, and bacon (I love bacon!). The fresh market is the best. Braum's also has a fast-food-style restaurant that serves burgers, fries, and shakes. The employees are quick to take your order so you're not standing around for too long and the bright menus are also a plus.

Parking: More than 20 spots line the front and side parking lots while a few are in the back for employees as well.

“Scrolling TikTok and seen this place. Had to take my son out for his birthday and THIS PLACE WAS IT! Amazing atmosphere and super nice staff. The grilled cheese options were a little overwhelming, but MAN WERE THEY GOOD! We got two different ones to try and both were amazing. My son got a huge cotton candy ice cream and he LOVED it! Will DEFINITELY be back!!“

“We love Braum’s ice cream. This evening there was a nice, helpful man at the ice cream bar. He explained the new flavors to us and suggested that we have a Sunday. For both of us to have a lot of ice cream. It was less than five dollars. You cannot beat the food deals at Braum’s.“

When I order from the Drive Thru at other places to bring it home to binge watch my favorite shows, I tend to eat more bag fries than the fries that are left in the container. “As usual, the food was good and the service was relatively quick. Staff are friendly and polite.

I ordered the ham, egg & cheese English muffin and was pleasantly surprised. A lot of times, English muffins are super dry and bland, but this one was actually really good.

And of course, you can never go wrong with a Braum's cinnamon roll!

My one complaint is about professionalism. While I freely admit that the girl who took my money might just have REALLY dry skin, it looked like she had flour covering her hands, as though she'd been kneading biscuit dough. But the bigger problem is I could see flecks of what looked like either tomato or red pepper on one of her hands. She really should have either washed her hands or at least wiped them off before taking my money.

“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. “This is my regular Braums I stop at on the way home. I buy from the Braums Market portion of the store. I am here multiple times a week. I always have a great experience when I shop here. I really enjoy the customer service associate, Carl, who runs the register at this location. He is very friendly and has a very positive uplifting attitude. Keep up the good work.“

“Friendly staff. Drink prices have gotten crazy high and that often leads to no tip. Usually they do good. Sometimes the food is bad. Got a beef jerky hotdog with a little bit of cheese. At least the bun was good. This location is a Five most of the time but sometimes it’s a One. So probably a B- overall. Which is 80%. Which is four out of five. So four stars. You will be pleased most of the time… like eight out of ten times.“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers!
Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem!
The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself!
And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises!
In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly.
So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“
