Subway in Norman

“Clean and organized place inside the Loves gasstation. Staff was very nice, service was great and quick, the lady there knows how to make these sandwiches ,but they dont participate in the subway rewards club and dont have the delicious subway tea dispensers , cookies are also fresh! Recommended to visit!“

“Have lived in the area but haven't been to this location in a long long time, best Subway I've had in forever! The two ladies running the shop were super kind, the sandwich was the best I've had from a Subway since I can remember (it had been over a year since I'd been to a Subway from how poor my last experience was), and the process was quick and painless. Would recommend if you get a random Subway craving to go here for guaranteed food service and quality.“

“First off I wanna say this is the cleanest subway I have seen in such a long time! I was also treated the moment walked through the doors. Even though she was busy making I’m guessing an online order she was doing it all! She was able to still make two sandwiches and a salad in a timely manner and it was fast! “Stopped at this Subway in Norman for a quick meal and decided to use the drive-thru since it seemed like the convenient option. Unfortunately, it really wasn’t.

I placed the entire order using the digital ordering board, pulled up to the window, and then waited more than five minutes before anyone even came to the window. Once someone finally did, they couldn’t see the order I had just entered. Apparently it was available on the system up front, but not at the drive-thru window, so we had to go through the entire order again just so they could enter it and charge me.

The food itself was fine, but the drive-thru experience definitely needs some work. A digital ordering system should make things faster and easier—not require you to place the same order twice after waiting five minutes for someone to come to the window. Drive-thru convenient? Not so much on this visit.“

“One of the best subways I've had in a long, long time. I've been eating Subway for 30 years, and I'm here to tell you this was the best I've had in all that time. It was sliced, sitting in a basket with no paper over it. It was amazing, beautiful, and untouched. It was almost like a true chef made it! For the truth from what it might have been for a little bit of moon-lighting.“

“Placed an order tonight and it was on point! There was a guy and a girl working, and unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but the service was so good. She was cleaning when I walked in, and the store was well stocked. He greeted me before I could even get to the counter. It’s nice to have good places to eat, but it’s even better when it’s in your neighborhood and everyone is welcoming.
