“I came here On June 11th Midnight To grab a sandwich. The young Miss black employee who was working there She was phenomenal! Her service her attitude was just amazing! She washed her hands and changed her gloves, even though she had a line! The way that she took my order and the people in front of me was fantastic exceptional customer service. Whoever her manager or boss this or if the district manager is seeing this comment, you are very lucky to have her on your team because she was phenomenal!

I see that the employees there are not getting a tip or else I would have tipped her on the device. Great job to her 👏 👏“

I had stopped because I felt like it was not worth it because they don't put enough meat for the amount of bread. “I’m always a little hesitant with Subway locations because cleanliness can vary, but Angelina’s location was the complete opposite! Everything was extremely clean, organized, and fresh. Angelina was also so calm, sweet, and welcoming, and her customer service really stood out. She clearly takes pride in her work and made the experience a great one.“

“Tiffany is a superstar!

I visited this Subway with my daughter recently, and although it was incredibly busy, there was only one staff member on duty, Tiffany. She was absolutely fantastic. She handled the in-store customers and the online orders seamlessly, and despite the rush, the wait wasn't long at all.

What stood out most was her attitude. She kept a genuine smile on her face the entire time and even managed to keep up a friendly conversation with us while making our sandwiches. It made the experience feel very personal and welcoming.

The restaurant itself was clean, though the restrooms could have used a little attention, and the bread was slightly tougher than usual, but not enough to ruin the meal. I suspect someone may have called in at the last minute, leaving her to handle it all, which makes her performance even more impressive.

My daughter and I both tried the Sweet Onion Teriyaki sandwich and absolutely loved it! We will definitely be coming back, largely because of the excellent service Tiffany provided. She did a wonderful job.“

“I go to this place because it's right by my job. I either get something from subway or I'll get a Monster coffee in the am with some potato wedges from the hot case. Staff is nice. A lot of homeless in the area, but other than that it's cool.“

“I had the big Philly steak and cheese and I could only eat half of it, but it was, as always, a very nice put-together sandwich for a big man such as myself and my brother. We ate in the restaurant and the employees were very polite and professional as they always are. I'll be going back there for a long time. I've never had a bad Subway experience. Great place to get full and I will always have a good thing to say about it. Thank you Subway for boosting my appetite in every aspect of good dining. Plus, it doesn't put a dent in the wallet. “It's a real Subway just like normal. If you go in through the big atrium with Duncan Donuts in it, just go down one floor and take the hallway beside/behind the elevator back into the cafeteria. Once you find the cafeteria it's tucked back to the right.“

“What a great experience at this location today. David was the only one I seen working and he was doing a great job greeting, making orders and being friendly. This location at 11647 S Western, OKC was so refreshing after visiting the 104th & May Sunday evening at 7:00 pm while there were two employees working, neither could say hello and acted like they did not want to be there especially the female to wrap up a bad experience their scanner wasn't working so no coupons could be accepted.“

“I had a glitch while ordering on the app, ordered a footlong but on the order it only showed the meat on it. So they just put it in a bowl and bagged it. I saw and asked them if they can fix it, they were kind enough to put the sandwich together for me!“

“Every time my family and I come into this location everyone is really friendly they greet us with a smile and interact with my kids while still making the best sandwiches. We love eating there because their lobby is actually clean. And don’t forget about how delicious the cookies are. Thank you guys for always giving us the best experience.

Kid-friendliness: They’re so kind to kids, and they make sure to interact with them in trying to get them to tell them what they like on their sandwiches!

Wheelchair accessibility: My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair do to having a medical disability and she is able to move freely and still have plenty of room, and their bathroom is plenty big enough for her to move around in with her wheel chair.“

“Best subway in okc. This restaurant has the best sandwiches out of every other subway in the south okc area and the cleanest too. Every time I come here its always spotless not even a single table is messy or chairs out of place. The cleanliness and order or everything pleases my ocd in a good way.“
