“I was craving warm comforting curry and saw Thai D on Uber eats looked up reviews and decided to give it a chance. I got the pad Thai with chicken, Tom Kha, and massamun curry. The Tom Kha is very delicious a strong lime flavor but not too over powering. The tomatoes peices were just to big for me.The pad Thai is good but wish it had more peanuts. The massamun curry is very delicious, but I do wish I could have chosen a higher spice level through Uber, still very satisfied! Everything was PIPING hot, big portions, and clearly fresh. Will try again!“
“Wonderful host. Family run restaurant that used to be on Lindsay Street.Excellent food.General's chicken, Evil Jungle Chicken, Chili paste stir fry Pork, and so many other Excellent food. Spice levels will be based in customer request. Attentive Family run restaurant. Our favourite restaurant in Norman, Oklahoma.By the way they do not have the Buffet any longer after Covid-19. But instead, you get full Attentive customer service.“
“Service...very pleasant.Food...very A M A Z I N GAtmosphere...vibrant..The booths are large and comfortable. Tables are available. The thai curry puffs ( think samosas but much better due to the puff pastry ) are hand-crafted on site.My wife had the Northern thai noodle soup and her eyes rolled back in her head with satifaction. My Evil Jungle chicken curry was so so bad...( in the best way ) Sorry panang...not even close!Despite it being our anniversary..we never spoke or made eye-contact until they brought us a complimentary anniversary dessert...brownie bites with whipped cream..with heart shaped strawberry slices arranged on top...these surrounded a double scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce dribbled all over.Despite reaching slight discomfort due to the feeding frenzy...we refused to waste a bite of dessert...we barely made it home....looks like the romantic end to our anniv will have to wait till tomorrow....unless of course we find ourselves back "pho" more..OMG....we can't wait to return!“
“Beautiful dining experience in Norman. The decor really sets the atmosphere. Service is professional. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Pricing for such a beautiful dining experience is very reasonable. Don't miss this gem if you're into some delicious Thai cuisine.“
“I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to. I appreciated the fact that when I asked for my food to be as spicy as possible they gave me just that!Usually when I ask places to make it extremely spicy they still give me a watered down version of spice. Will be returning. Umami and spiciness was top tier!!“
“We were in town visiting. This place was close to our hotel & we gave it a try. They were very knowledgeable Celiac disease & gave us gluten free choices. Our server was a precious young lady that went above & beyond for us. The portions are huge. We look forward to going back when we are in town next month.“
“The inside of the restaurant was very clean and cozy, the food(especially the volcano chicken) was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend trying this place out! They also gave us a little bowl of soup with rice in it that was absolutely delectable.“
“Typically, I'm not a Thai type of person but some co-workers in another state took me to a place and suggested I try a meal. I was hooked. In the Moore area, this is the only place I go for Thai. When you enter, you're greeted with a very clean, traditional and friendly environment where the staff immediately tends to you. The staff is always courteous and quick with anything you need. The food is made fresh and fast, the spice levels are 0 through 3. I've found they're careful and always ask what spicy level you like as well, which is very helpful for those that aren't familiar with Thai. I like decently hot food so I made the mistake of trying a 2 my first time there. Whoo, that was a long meal and I was thankful I ordered it for takeout. Apparently I'm a wimp and now I order a 1. And for those that don't like spicy, just say 0 (zero) when they ask and you'll have no issues.I've turned my extended family onto Pailin Thai as well and it's become a favorite for date nights or take out for a movie night at home. For those that are considering Thai but haven't, try their Pad Thai. That's Noodles, some greens, chicken and some crushed peanuts on top. Nice and simple, no surprises and it's filling.“
“This place is tied with Kitchen 21 for the best, highest-quality, most flavorful Thai food in the Norman-Moore area. The lunch specials are legit, and they have kept their prices under control. Friendly staff, too.Vegetarian options: Thai food has fish sauce as a flavor in a lot of dishes. So, if that still fits with your definition of vegetarian, you can get everything as a veggie-only option, I think.“
“First visit was for a Friday lunch and it was as good as it gets! Thomas was the most attentive and polite server we've had at a restaurant in a long time. The food was perfectly prepared with many options, and the portions were huge! We're now fans! Looking forward to the next time!“
“Hubby and I ate here for lunch. We both ordered the lunch special. I had the Pad Thai/Stir fry Garlic pork and Massaman curry chicken special. The pad Thai was bittersweet, so a mild balance of the flavors was created. The Garlic pork had a nice balance of meat and veggies. The massaman curry chicken was slightly on the spicy side, but I loved the mix of white and sweet potatoes in this dish. The egg roll was crispy, but I would have preferred it to be just a tad bit warmer and not room temp. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the service was excellent.Vegetarian options: You can order your meal with tofu or extra veggies.“
