Wendy's offers a variety of comfort food options, from burgers and chicken to salads and potatoes. The friendly staff and lovely manager make ordering a fun experience. However, some customers found the food quality to be disappointing, such as the baconnator combo resembling a regular cheeseburger with overcooked bacon. The restaurant is often chaotic and seems to be short-staffed, with reports of lots of yelling in the back. Despite the hardworking employee Rose pushing through orders quickly during the lunch rush, some meals, like the takis meal, have been described as lacking flavor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area has been a concern, with dirty tables and a Coke Freestyle machine that has been consistently reported as being dirty. Overall, while Wendy's has potential, there are several areas that need improvement.
