“Early lunch at 10 am when no other customers were there. Very friendly employees. Nice and clean restaurant but no TV screens. The Crispy Fish Meal tasted okay but the fish sandwich was so much smaller than at Arby's in Iowa and Nebraska last year!!! Only about half the size. Now is this shrinkflation?“
“I visited this restaurant on 4/21/24 and this restaurant was so clean! Workers were very attentive and friendly, and our food came out very fast and fresh! Special shoutout to Alyssa Compared to other fast food restaurants, this restaurant on 7424 N Penn stands out! I will be back again!“
“Arby's has always been a place that I have enjoyed since I was a child. I just love their curly fries. Roast beef is always a classic. Every once in a while, I treat myself to a shake. My children grew up with Arby's in their lives too. A place to get some good food quickly and cost less than most other fast food restaurants. I mean, who doesn't like Arby's? Thank you Arby's for your service in our family. I hope you stay around and don't go out of business.“

This arby's today to make up for the bad food on yesterday at another arby's.In another part of Oklahoma, I explained to the young lady at the register.What happened, She was great.She had great customer service and my food was perfect at this arby's.Here so thank you for correcting what the other arby's did about 80miles away😁👍🏾“

“The curly haired girl working the drive thru in the mornings is always quick, and so sweet. And the blonde white lady who manages the night shift is my favorite person there, always goes above and beyond for me, and everything I order is always perfect and so delicious!! I go there all the time, and never have a bad experience.“
“It's Arby's! They have the Meats! But you better check to see if they gave you the meats you asked for, because odds are they got it wrong. However, using the Arby's app does give more reliable results than the standard drive-through experience.“

This type of customer service is SO RARE now-a-days & absolutely should be noticed for it.

The restaurant was fine. The Arby's phone app, on the other hand, needs some work. It is slow and clunky, frustrating to use. But I suppose one must take the bad with the good.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately the one we visited in yukon was not particularly "was easily accessible..." But the employee on duty were helpful with the door and so entering wasn't a problem. But the sidewalk is too narrow and a little dangerous in my opinion, for a wheelchair♿️ because we almost skidded off while exiting. Other than that, our visit was very nice!“
