Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a popular destination known for its great food and service. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including hot and fresh burgers, and signature desserts like the Single serving Brownie Ala Mode. The prices are affordable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. In particular, the manager and employees are praised for their excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. It is a busy place, especially for ice cream, and many customers consider it one of their favorite spots. The store is friendly and helpful, with quick checkout, and is extremely kid-friendly. While some areas may lack wheelchair accessibility, many parts are accessible. However, those wanting to eat from the grill should be prepared for potential waiting times and possible order mistakes. The area can be crowded, especially after dark, so caution is advised for families with children. Parking offers a free 16oz shake with a combo drink, adding extra value for visitors. Overall, Braum's continues to be a reliable choice for good food and treats.
