1st impression: The young people who work there are a delight! The flavors of ice cream are original and the topping selection is endless. They have a rewards program and they send coupons via text message, making anytime a good time for a sweet treat.

Cold Stone Creamery offers a unique experience with handmade ice cream. While service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being more focused on personal grooming than customer needs, others provide excellent service. The location is usually empty, and the worker may not be overly friendly, but they will still get the job done efficiently. The place is clean, and the ice cream is great. The atmosphere is not as lively as it used to be, with no singing upon entry or during ordering.
