Ordered through the Del Taco app, which offers delivery as an option. My order was never delivered. They insist they don’t do delivery so won’t give me a refund. Not even an offer to replace the food.
I have no doubt that behind the scenes the order is handed to a third party, but my credit card was charged by Del Taco and no one else. The Del Taco app handled the transaction. No one else. This is easy to confirm if an employee would LISTEN instead of just repeating...read full review
