Very clean and workers are extremely nice
I love going, it's my favorite place, the fruit is always fresh and the water is delicious. I recommend it, and the staff is always very attentive.
They had wonderful service, kind, welcoming, hard working and made sure we got all our order, other than how great they were with us, the food was amazing!!!! I really recommend this place for if anyone wants to go grab a snack or to hangout! 10/10!!
La Chapalita is a restaurant that offers a varied menu and generally provides good service to its customers. The reviews mention that the staff are kind, welcoming, and hardworking, ensuring that customers receive their orders. The food is described as amazing, with a particular recommendation for the yogurt with fruit. However, some customers have had mixed experiences, with one reviewer noting that certain menu items were not worth the price in the past. The restaurant has also been known to have flyers warning about potential police involvement for disrespectful behavior, which suggests some ongoing customer service challenges. Overall, La Chapalita seems to be a decent option for a snack or a casual hangout, with a focus on providing good customer service.
