“This is a cash only establishment that does a few things really well. I ordered pork and cheese/jalapeno tamales and they are delicious. The green sauce has a good spice and if I had any complaint it is that the to-go cup is small because I could cover my whole meal with that sauce. I have not found a better tamale place in the area. The tamale plate was $10 plus tax.“

“My family are new to the area about 3yrs now, and the most exciting has been trying a lot of local places to find the best. Best taste, best value, best service. You know what I mean. I'm happy to say my family and I found our favorite!!! We ordered from all over the menu. I have a family of 6 all with varying tastes so it's easy to do lol. Right out the gate we loved the selections. Everything that my family typically gravitates around was right there so that was encouraging. I grew up on authentic Mexican food, and let me tell you I couldn't believe what I was tasting. My grandmother would have given this place a thumbs up just off the rice and beans lol. Pepe and his family have surely put their souls into this place. If you haven't stopped in your cheating yourself out of some great food. We're all headed back in a couple days to try something else. “We have now found birria queso tacos in 4 states and for the record these are #1 phenomenal birria offers beef or lamb we tried both lamb was so tender even though I prefer beef the consomme rings a burst of beef and sweet aroma as in maybe nutmeg. We will be going back simply cannot wait reheated the leftovers in our air fryer just as good as in the restaurant and the gooey cheese WoW! 5 plus stars and they have Mexican coca cola in a bottle yum!!“

The waitress also stated she would take off half but in the end did not. They didn't give my daughter her receipt. It's a shame as roommate has raved about this place forever. We won't return. We should have followed the dude out that fussed about his meal.“

“Best "Taqueria El Rey restraunt .. from all locations I visited. The service is good at all of them. Food great at all of them , but this location blows all of them out the water . It's clean new looking. Table sitting set up is perfect you have enough space to yourself tables aren't so close together . Parking is ? huge parking lot . Ventilation is amazing , other locations I visited feel hot and muggy this one feels cool. Not over populated ... did I mention the food is the best ..I recommend the bacon wrapped peppers“

“Best truck in OKC greater metro. I’m from LA and had many many taco trucks.. I’ve tried many here in OKC and this one had it all! I always order a burrito. Perfect tortilla, carne asada is well seasoned chopped finely and tender, perfect balanced or beans and rice. Portion size is fair. Price is cheaper than other trucks. Their Salsa is delicious and not too spicy. Comes with lime and pickled carrots. 10/10 for me. My only wish is that they had somewhere to sit AND I wish they had a 2nd truck closer to the NW side of the city. I have to drive 30 mins to enjoy this food.“

“Chicken tacos feature a reddish chicken, tender pieces with cilantro and onion. Pretty standard for a chicken taco. Flavor was good, not outstanding or distinctive but still very good, wrapped in 2 mini tortillas. Squeeze some lime or pour some red or green hot sauce. The red hot sauce has a kick so its more of a medium to hot. The green sauce is a little milder. Pork tacos had tender tiny chunks of meat with the onions and cilantro. A squeeze of lime juice on the tacos elevated the taste for all of them. At 3 in the afternoon, no one was in line as is usually typical, so it only took about 5 minutes for my order. For a really good meal I would recommend trying a Torta sandwich which tastes really good.“
