Sedalia’s has top-notch food that will challenges the stereotype that there is no fresh seafood in OKC. My tastebuds went on a trip thanks to delicious oysters, scallop crudo, chargrilled squid, and house-made tonics. The dishes look like something off of Chef’s Table on Netflix.The restaurant is teeny tiny - you better get a reservation. But the vibes are great and the size makes for fast service! I heard Sedalia's was amazing, but I think I expected it to just be a pretty good restaurant. It blew me away. Every course -- from the hommade tonic, to the excellent mignonette/hot sauce, prawns special and salad -- was exceptionally made. Food is tasty, fresh and complex. Service is friendly and knowledgable.
