“Friendly staff. Drink prices have gotten crazy high and that often leads to no tip. Usually they do good. Sometimes the food is bad. Got a beef jerky hotdog with a little bit of cheese. At least the bun was good. This location is a Five most of the time but sometimes it’s a One. So probably a B- overall. Which is 80%. Which is four out of five. So four stars. You will be pleased most of the time… like eight out of ten times.“

“Made a last minute decision to stop by on the way to a friends house, which is approximately 5 miles from my friends house, so I stopped in placed my which was prepared quickly and delivered by very nice carhop! I left and went to destination and the food was still hot and delicious!“

“I stop by this Sonic frequently. The food is good, the beverages are awesome. Recently I got a double smash burger and quite frankly it beat the competition, including some of the other Sonics close by. I wish I could get ice cream to go, but in the summer it melts before I get home.

“Part 1: I can’t believe how long I have been sitting here waiting for a super simple order for one person and an extra drink. A long time ago the screen said “Jordan is on the way out with your order”. Nope. That must just clear the stall so the service looks better and quicker than it actually is.
How would I know how many stars to give the food? I’d have to actually get it first….
Part 2: The girl was super nice when I finally pressed the button and my food came out immediately by a really sweet guy and 2 free drinks k coins AND a full refund. Sonic still rocks.“

“I have several sonics that I will frequent from time to time. For the most part, they are pretty consistent in quality and service. I must say though that there is something different about this particular sonic and if you haven’t been to it, you probably should go. I have never gone there when I haven’t gotten my food piping hot. This sonic seems to take a little extra care and it shows.“

“Sonic has a decent selection amount to offer, and it isn't necessarily your standard run of the mill fast food joint. They regularly update the menu, and it's an adventure when we go. Hands down, the Garlic Butter Bacon Burger is my favorite with pickle fries and a clear slush with no added flavoring (weird, I know but definitely tasty). The groovy fries were too greasy for me to enjoy. I enjoyed the staff at this location so I'm confident you will too.“

“Sonic always deliver for what I want when I want to eat here. I’ve had their new buffalo chicken bites twice and it does the job, not sure if I like with ranch dressing but to each it own. “Sonic has certainly gone downhill. We ordered a small onion ring and got 3 rings for $3.19!!! That’s over a dollar each for three medium sized rings. The hamburger meat has once again been stepped down to what appears is a lower grade of odd tasting meat, in the last few months and the price has gone up. Sadly, our well known Oklahoma company is digressing and we will begin to look elsewhere for our snacks and quick meals….“

“Frequent this Sonic in OKC alot for drinks really good services and food , but have been to others in Oklahoma that their services are trash ,have waited for more than 30 min for service along with other customers , also staff does not help or respond to customers , really making Sonic look terrible !!!“

“Left the one on Sooner Rd because I still did not have my 3 drinks and caught this one. They had steady business on the lot and one car in front of me in drive. Was promptly greeted and order taken, total given. People were very friendly and worked together. Got my order (3 drinks) with a car ahead of me quicker than I was at the other one which after 15 to 20 minutes I just drove off. Congratulations to this team for knowing what customer service is.“

“Every time I go there I feel like the service gets better and better. I am so happy with the service that I always receive at this location. The manager is top-tier and the people who have brought me my food. The last few times are so sweet I love coming to this location!“

“So glad they are back in business here in El Reno. My bacon cheese burger was hot & fresh bacon was crispy but not over cooked and my chili cheese tots were great!! It had just the right amount of chili and cheese. Very pleased, keep whoever is working food prep and give them a raise. They are doing a great job

Parking: There is plenty of parking but as a passenger in the car looking at the menu board is very difficult. May I suggest using the back of the menu on the stall next to each spot to view you put pictures on should have a full menu to view. It's just an idea.“

“Came here tonight and enjoyed some of the best Sonic I had in months. Excellent quality on our meals and Tyler was very attentive and. Customer oriented!!!! Over all the food was already good here with hardly ever a mess up for us personally. “Alright so I normally have to get the sonic near me ether 122nd and penn or britton and Waverly. But due to recent bad experiences I just stopped eating at sonic all together... randomly stopped by the one here on north may and let's say the mobile order messed up and didn't price things correctly
Brought it up to the young lady who was bringing my food out and she politely just said
Let me go talk to my manager and see
She came out said he would fix it
She came back out with the fixed order and even politely explained how the way I ordered the food messed up the coupon
By far the best sonic I have been to on this side of town in awhile food was good service good.

“Hands down the best service I've ever had at a sonic I believe the ladies name was Linzy? I stopped for a breakfast burrito and even though I said I didn't want ketchup or salsa she put it in the bag just in case she said. Then as she delivered other orders she came by and checked if I needed anything. Then even came to take my trash. She waited on me like we were in a diner. I was staggered!“

“Parking: Parking is better at the location on 23rd. There’s plenty of parking for both online/app orders AND for people that want to order when they get there not using any devices. Some of the other locations don’t offer equal parking for both situations.“

“This restaurant makes my heart throb! The veins in my neck are typically tense but when I drive to order SONIC everything just feels right and I ooze out all the tension my day has built up. “fiance & i frequent here all the time as we live right down the street - pretty decent most of the time! staff is always polite (whether or not they seem stressed but that's usually up to staffing). whenever they do mess up, theyre always nice about fixing it. food is hit or miss but i chalk that up to being sonic in general, not this specific location. either way we'll always be back for our R44s; only real critique would be that they seem to shut off their ice cream machine around 9pm despite closing at 11, but we usually just head to the location on 23rd when we want an ice cream item at night“

“Very good food. Seemed understaffed or something at the time I went because it took a bit yet the people were working hard. Funny detail, I always ask for a specific amount of sauce(because I’ll have some extra in my car or something) and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten the exact amount back. ??“

“I was rushing to a field trip and honestly can’t stand the other fast food in this area. Sonic here is always wonderful customer service. Today however they went above and beyond. Their systems were all down but the lovely lady offered manual transactions. She went from car to car taking orders like you went in a restaurant pen and paper rushing them back inside and the cook was absolutely amazing. Definitely went above and beyond Eden when faced with a chaotic day with all systems being down no order ahead no computer systems whatsoever. Her name is Jennifer and she definitely deserves some recognition.“

“I used to work at Sonic when I was a teenager- My partner and I stopped by after seeing a movie at Tinseltown and it was the first time I’ve been in years! Michael was so nice, and the food transported me back to five years ago, so fresh and perfect. Would recommend to anyone stopping by for some late night munchies. “Food was good. The server wasn't very talkative or overly bubbly. It was a bit busy but we still got our food in a timely fashion. Overall a good experience. It's not like the experience from actual car hops but these days nothing is really the same. Oh well did good guys.“

Even though I live right next to a different Sonic, I always go out of my way to come to this one instead—and it’s 100% worth the extra drive every time. The service is quick, and most importantly, the staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful. You can tell they care about their customers.

Everyone from the carhops to the people taking orders is just genuinely kind and helpful, which makes such a difference.

“I recently visited the Sonic Drive-In and had an absolutely fantastic experience! I ordered a RT44 Coke Zero and a Frito Wrap, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choices.

First off, the RT44 Coke Zero was perfectly refreshing! The size is impressive, and it was ice-cold, just the way I like it. It was the perfect thirst-quencher on a warm day.

“The half price drinks all day (when using their app) drew us in. The wonderful customer service keeps drawing us back!! Our closest Sonic is the one on Rockwell in OKC. The folks there are always helpful, fast, and friendly. Vanessa is far and away our favorite server. No matter how busy they are, no matter how cold or how hot it is, she always has a welcoming smile and a best friend kind of spirit. She truly seems to care for her customers and it shows!!“
