“At the Waffle Co. Sydney was very kind or should I say.....very...sweet. lol. She was very creative when I wanted to build my own waffle. It was amazing. She even offered to do extra work when I didn't ask. Give this woman a raise. ? excellent waffles. Some of the best I've ever had in AZ,CA,Vegas,Oklahoma.My daughter had the most popular one(in pic).She mmmmmed the whole time. The collective is a cool place to chill. Tried the Philly place(amazing), the tacos(phenomenal[that blueberry sauce] at Sydneys suggestion), and (in pic) tried Eddie's Grill too(brisket was bomb, and that hot sauce was fantastic). I love how they give you glass watter bottles to take to your table for free. And they have excellent table bussers(These ladies are on top of their game). My suggestion....tip everybody...bring cash. They all work hard.The Parlor was good, but this place is better.Only not so good part is finding parking most of the time. It's downtown, nothing they can do accept a valet service maybe.Dietary restrictions: There are some healthy dishes there. And some dirty ones. :)Kid-friendliness: I took my 5 year old mid morning. She loved it. They have couches and comfy chairs for them and us parentsWheelchair accessibility: They have ramps.“

“Stopped here for brunch as a part of our girls trip! It was such a cute adorable spot PERFECT for our group of friends on the trip.We called ahead and got put on the list and they were actually able to get us sat down sooner than expected. Once we were sat, our waitress was quick to take our coffee order and food order. The food came out fabulous and delicious.We had several different individual plates and shared the cinnamon roll French toast for the table. All the food was delicious.Would recommend for a perfect brunch spot, a bridal shower, or aesthetically pleasing coffee spot!“
“What a waffle! Granny never made them like this. I didn't plan to eat here, but when I saw a line out of the door, I had to check it out. It didn't disappoint! Everyone was kind to one another, and strangers would sit with strangers because all seats were taken. I only gave 4 stars for service because I had to ask for my shake twice.Parking: The sign says parking in the back, but all I found was apartment and hotel parking. A valet guy from the hotel said that I could park in his lot.“
