The food was delicious but the service was even better. Shy, Honesty and Trey had the best customer service! They were all very polite and friendly.
I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. They informed me that they accidentally gave it to a DoorDash driver by mistake but they would remake it, no problem. When I finally got my food and got back to my hotel, my order was wrong. I had originally ordered a 6 piece of the hickory bbq, and what I got was 6 pieces of fried chicken sprinkled in Parmesan cheese??? They also tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine, 20oz what looked to be fruit...read full review
Been here twice, once on a game day, and even though it was busy, the staff was communicative, very friendly. I used to work in food service, so I understand what it's like to be busy on a game day, 10/10 recommend
