Put in order online they waited until I arrived to pickup order (40 minutes)to tell me they were out of tortillas and that I could get refund through the app which was not easy and had to argue with them that I did not receive any food. They could have saved customers a lot of time and trouble by calling the customer to let them know that info before waiting and making a trip to the restaurant. A friend recommended the Chipotle chicken quesadilla so I pulled up to what I thought was a drive thru in Owasso, OK. Asked the young lady if I could order a chicken quesadilla. No. She would not make or sell me a quesadilla. Said the only way to get one was to order it online. I’m at the window cash in hand but I can’t place an order. Any business that turns down money for a product it’s sells, is not sustainable. I left. Ordered Charley’s chicken instead.
Was at Chipotle today. Employees so friendly and professional. Didn’t wait long. Took it to go. I was out of there. Thanks Chipotle for your good food
