“I stopped in for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. I received coupons by email. They only let me use one. It doesn't say you can't use them all. Either way, I got a steak and cheese footlong sandwich. You really have to search to find the steak. Kind of disappointing. I did get the veggies and the steak sauce on the side. I usually split the sandwich with my husband. They didn't cut it, so I had to tear it in half. The unseat tea was freshly brewed, so that was a plus.“

Our order was sent to wrong store and they took the time to make it for us and make it right, even though it wasn't their fault.

“They have a great sandwich and salad menu. As always, fresh food and great service. The price is reasonable too. The staff are very friendly and fast. I highly recommend Bill & Ruth's!!!

“Parking: Subway is inside a convenience store, so even with plenty of parking, if you visit while the store is extremely busy, you might have to park at a gas pump or on the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: Limited, but there.“

“We went there tonight for the 1 dollar subs and they did an amazing job. The fact that they had both lines open and came out and took your order helped expidate the lines. Great job at this location.“

“The only reason I dont give this one a 5 is because rn there is a white lady that works there and she was complaining about a heavy workload to her coworker, a young black gentleman, who was doing prep work for the night shift. It was only me and one other person in the store and she was essentially trying to argue with her coworker in front if us making that experience awkward. I never have issues with the black gentleman either.“

“This is a drive thru only place. It worked for me.
The woman at the window was a bit....not welcoming but the guy was very nice.
The food was good and hot.
There's road construction that makes us horrible to get in and out of. But that's not their fault and will hopefully be done within the next year.“
