“The day crew is amazing. If you come here at night they work like their volunteering for free and not getting paid. I have set and watched the food getting cold waiting to be bagged on multiple occasions. They never seem to be short staffed and the day crew is always on point. But the night shift clearly does not care about speed of service. They print the tickets off to fake the time of the order being completed and just leave it sitting there. I have gotten food faster at a sit down restaurant where they actually cook the food to order. I am a doordasher and got a violation because they didn't even start the order until 10 minutes after the pickup time. And did not get the order until 18 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered to the customer. I have never seen a store ran like this and I work in a restaurant.“
“The management team at this establishment appears to genuinely care for their employees. The drive-thru service has improved significantly with the addition of new staff members who demonstrate excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor. In the past, the attitudes of some employees, particularly on Monday mornings, were quite unpleasant. However, I am pleased to report that my recent experiences have been much more enjoyable. The young lady who works at the second window is particularly noteworthy for her patience and kindness. She takes the time to ensure that my orders are correct and hands me my food with a smile. As a result, I no longer find myself stuck in the drive-thru, waiting for my order to be processed amidst negative attitudes. ?
