“The day crew is amazing. If you come here at night they work like their volunteering for free and not getting paid. I have set and watched the food getting cold waiting to be bagged on multiple occasions. They never seem to be short staffed and the day crew is always on point. But the night shift clearly does not care about speed of service. They print the tickets off to fake the time of the order being completed and just leave it sitting there. I have gotten food faster at a sit down restaurant where they actually cook the food to order. I am a doordasher and got a violation because they didn't even start the order until 10 minutes after the pickup time. And did not get the order until 18 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered to the customer. I have never seen a store ran like this and I work in a restaurant.“
“Stopped to grab some food and sat in drive thru waiting and the employee at the 2nd window stops and asks us what we had and then we had to wait a little longer for our food despite we had ordered thru the McDonald's app. Didn't even get our sauce but food was all there.“
