I get mad ...when I spend $100+ & they say everything is there I get home & find out not every thing is here ... You can't call them because they don't answer... That should say something when they won't pick up a call...
I love the food but the last 2 times I have been in there I haven't got all my order I was just in there yesterday and I didn't get my 4 orders of spring rolls and I always spend over $100 dollars every time I go there I have tried calling but no one ever answers the phone I live 40 minutes away and can't turn around and go back to get the rest of my order I even asked the girl yesterday about my order and she assured me it was all there and it wasn't this is the panda express...read full review
I believe the food from Shawnee taste the best of all Panda Express I’ve ever eaten. The staff is always exceptional. Today, Bianca was a complete ray of sunshine.

Panda Express is a Chinese-American restaurant that offers a variety of entrees. The staff is friendly, with one reviewer praising the drive-thru lady and another mentioning that Leroy was helpful at the window. Meals can be customized, as one customer chose veggies instead of rice. The restaurant recently received praise for its orange chicken, with a reviewer noting the great service and plan to return. The service at the drive-thru was timely, and staff members like Jason and Aloe ensured customers received their sauces, chopsticks, and drinks efficiently. Some customers have experienced delays with online orders, but staff often go out of their way to apologize and fill orders quickly. The restaurant also offers low calorie options for those with dietary restrictions. Some dishes, such as chicken teriyaki, were found to lack flavor and could benefit from improvements, like serving the sauce in a tin for a fresher taste. The menu includes a limited selection of diet drinks, mainly diet Coca Cola. Recent reviews also highlight great customer service, with employees being kind and helpful, and customers appreciating the friendly attitude of staff members.
