“From the moment we walked through the door, I would have to say that our experience at this Chili’s location was the most pleasant visit that my husband and I have *EVER* had in a restaurant. No lies, hands down. We were greeted with genuine professionalism and courtesy from every team member we encountered, start to finish. Our service professional was Davin, and he was sublime! He was professional, funny and patient, never “forgot” about us or was too busy for us - which I thought was pretty amazing, considering that every single table in the restaurant was occupied. We received our orders quickly and everything was so well cooked - my husband’s pasta was al dente and my steak and broccoli were perfection. It may seem odd to gush about a Chili’s, but friends, I could not be more sincere. When I looked around, I noticed that the staff were all smiling, moving with purpose, and seemed to be very happy to be a part of this team - communicating with each other on the floor and performing their duties with pride and a fluidity I haven’t seen before. This Shawnee location is special - a well oiled machine and a completely cohesive team! Chili’s is our favorite restaurant and we’ve been to many - but we have *never* had service OR food at the level that this store and staff provided for us.

“Absolutely delicious. Best pizza in shawnee by far. There cheese bread is different than your normal cheese bread but it is so cheese and delicious. The chicken alfredo ziti was asl delicious only had to add a little salt but thats my preference. Must eat here.“

“I’ve lived in Shawnee since 2016 and somehow I’ve never stopped by this place despite knowing it was here. After a neighbor and her friend were raving about the stir fry, we knew we had to try it too. Everything was amazing! I’ll start with the appetizers: If you’re a fan of the still-closed (as of 7/2024) Shawnee Pho then you’ll love the “Fresh Rolls” here at Saya Thai (comparable to SP’s Spring Rolls). Get extra sauce and load up! Moving on to the main course, I went for the Garlic Stir Fry with a Spicy Level 1 because I love spicy food but not so spicy I can’t taste my food. They have a scale of 5 for theirs, and my neighbor recommended a 2.5 so my husband went for a 3 with his Crying Tiger — which is a 12oz steak. I don’t think I could handle the continuous building of spice from his, but it was absolutely fantastic! Mine was moreso flavoring than spicy, so I’ll be doing at least a 2 next time. Desert: We don’t normally make it a habit, especially when we’re so full we have leftovers, but this place was too amazing not to. We went for the fried bananas and ice cream. I wish there was more chocolate and caramel but only because I don’t like coconut so I skipped the ice cream. The bananas are so gooey but the texture doesn’t get weird. So worth the price! As for the service and the atmosphere, everything was great. The service was perfect and the staff was very kind. I also really loved how the place was set up and decorated. Very simple and great lighting. I’ll definitely be back before I leave for Denver this weekend, and again when I return!“

“I want to express my extreme gratitude to Ms Dolores, and her kitchen staff for a great act of kindness extended on Monday. I contacted the restaurant by Facebook on Easter Sunday to ask if would be possible to take some salsa and chips to take to a life-long friend who is in the hospital in Duncan, Okla. He grew up and lived many years in Meeker, and was a devoted customer of Abuelita Rosa, and loves their salsa. The staff agreed to prepare a special order that I picked up Monday before opening and took down to Duncan as a surprise. Not only did they have the salsa, but also queso, tortillas, chips. It was a great spread and really uplifted this whole family. This simply confirms my already high opinion of Abuelita Rosa!“

They were extremely busy, so don't come hungry or in a hurry. I was caught off guard when they were going to charge extra for salsa!?! I must be a cheap person. Because I did not see value in there 20 breakfast for 1 person, which included Burrito, drink, 20% tip, and don't forget the extra for salsa.....“

“It had been a while since we had gone to Fratelli's. The server was knowledgeable and helpful, service was prompt, ice tea was keep full. She was awesome. More important, the food was great. We ordered the shrimp pasta and then the lobster and steak dinner with baked potato and French fries. I had the pasta, it was full of shrimp that were cooked perfectly. From the moment I sat down, her hospitality stood out—polite, attentive, and genuinely accommodating.
