“This store has gone through alot , from staff and management changes, it at one time was borderline line down for such a new store, rude employees and lazy management. Went in there today and the store is really clean, service was fast, and employees smiling and happy to serve. Food was fresh, atmosphere is ok, just store is small. Definitely 1000 percent improvement with new management, and employees who care, Definitely will make the stop for my sandwiches.“

“You have got to try the ABC sandwich and their Rueben sandwich. Don't forget to try the potato salad. It's the best we've ever had. Brought home the cheesecake brownie to try late.“

“First, I was not a fan of Sub Sandwiches. That said, when my wife ask were I want to eat, I say Jersey Mikes. Why, consistency. The food, consistently good. The service, consistently good. Very few, and I mean few places in Shawnee, OK offer the consistency this restaurant does. Thanks to the food and the staff, I am a fan, and will continue to eat here. “I avoided City Bites for a long time because I didn’t find the appeal of the outside of the restaurant. I finally gave them a shot when I wanted a sub and I’m so glad that I did because they are SOOOO fresh and delicious. I think that these are the best subs in town hands down. Also, the drive though has never been packed for me and the service is always friendly and quick.“

“Went in to the store it was very busy and we got the wrong order, we live in Ada so we didn't find out if was wrong until we were home. We called the store they were very polite and had already realized they'd made a mistake. This was all the way back in March. Then all the covid closures shut everything down. We stopped in again today to get some lunch on our way home from OKC, mentioned the mistake to the manager not really expecting them to do anything after so long (Chelsea? I think. Pretty blonde girl, looks like the girl from the Princess Bride. Sorry if I got your name wrong.) Super sweet and polite replaced our order with no trouble at all.
