Chicken Biryani

“What's not to love? Friendly service, authentic food, and quick! Having spent some time in India, I rarely just order the chicken curry at restaurants back home because it's not usually their strongest point. Decided to order it here and was not disappointed! Very good complex flavor in the most basic dish..“

“We had a table of 9 on a busy Monday evening. Everyone was seated 10 minutes early and our server was attentive but not obtrusive. The salads and apps came out quickly but not rushed. All entrees came out together and were perfect. The music was a little loud but not bothersome. The food is expensive, but you get what you pay for with fine quality and generous portions. We chose a bottle of French Cabernet and a New Zealand Sav Blanc that were both excellent. Overall it was an impressive experience for our out of town guests from North Carolina and Texas. Very pleased and would highly recommend.“

“We picked up a to go order for our family. Every one was very pleased with their orders, which we shared family style. We weren’t sure of the spice heat level so we got one Tika Masala chicken regular and one with medium heat. They were both fabulous but the one with heat was the favorite. My favorite was the Mali Kofta which like dumplings in a creamy sauce. We also enjoyed the spinach with cheese chunks , I think that was sag paneer(?)We gobbled up the bread garlic naan and but my favorite is the naan stuffed with onions ! They sent us soooo much rice there wasn’t anyone unhappy about the rice situation (which happens when we order Mexican food!)Delicious! We look forward to another Indian Palace splurge!Vegetarian options: Lots of flavors and Full of protein“

“The parking, the traffic and what seems to be non-stop construction at the corner of 11th and Lewis has kept me from enjoying the restaurant offerings at Kitchen 66. I set out today to eat Indian food somewhere in Tulsa; somehow that plan mutated and we wound up at Bodhi’s Bowl instead. Glad we did!The dining environment experience in the Mother Road Market is not glamorous. However, the variety, quality, and uniqueness of the small food shops auditioning for your business, make up for the state fair, and noisy mall food court, like setting. At Bodhi’s Bowl my wife quickly zeroed in on the Falafelopolis: crispy Falafels with sumac, combined with a salad of fresh ginger, spinach, Feta cheese, house-made cucumber Tzatziki, and sweet pickled red onion on herb lime rice.I went for the Red Bird Bangkok, another rice bowl/salad meal with abundant chunks of coconut curry chicken, Thai green beans, chopped cucumber, spinach sprinkled with chopped peanuts. The chicken and the rice were covered with a fantastic slightly spicy curry that took this meal over the top.The ingredients in these bowls were fresh and flavorful. Both meals were delicious!“
