I ordered my ordered all out of order and made mistakes that were my fault but Keller, the employee who took my order, was very patient and kind. I order from Jimmy John's often because they have the best sandwiches and this location never fails, but this particular experience made my day better just because Keller was so kind. Thank you!!“

“Clean friendly store. I had the new Mediterranean wrap and hubby had his favorite turkey and cheese. I did not like the wrap and would not order again. It was soggy and I paid extra for sauces I couldn't taste.
Hubby was very happy with his.

Parking: All front spaces were for curbside orders. We went early not too busy.“

“I work for Oklahoma State Wrestling, we were in Tulsa for our conference tournament and utilized this Jimmy John's location for catering - delivery. Not only was delivery incredibly smooth, but the guy that delivered our order was always early and extremely polite! We ordered sandwiches and wraps, and they were all delicious, well packed and correct as ordered (we had multiple variations). I was extremely appreciative of the ease of everything from placing the order to the hand-off. We will utilize again in the future.“

We ordered our food for delivery, and and when it an hour of it still not arriving I called the store. They said they handed it off to a third party delivery service and there was nothing we could do. We are currently sitting at 1 hour and 12 minutes and it still hasn't arrived.“

I was going to just call it a night but I called locations #1524 and Paul assured me they were still open. When I arrived he was kind, professional and quick. My sandwich was delicious.“
