Panera Bread in Tulsa

“I had a convulsive seizure recently and I've been struggling to cook and feed myself. I was craving soups and I'm so glad that Panera has so much comfort food to pick from. My driver, Sean, knocked gently on my door and spoke quietly to me. I really appreciated that and how fast the food got to my place. I've been sick all day and I'm hoping this food will help me feel better. Thank you for delivering but also for reading the instructions for delivering. It means alot to me that my Driver was here fast and quietly. Thank you for the yummy food and for being understanding of my situation.“

“This one is great! I sort of feel bad for everyone that it's a little bit more difficult to get to. But my goodness by far the most consistent and best prepared Panera bread I have been to. Well done! I also sort of feel bad that there's no way to leave these people a tip. They're doing a great job I would like to leave them a tip however I get harassed for a tip everywhere else but here lol. Anyway I absolutely recommend this place.“

Usually don't do reviews for fast food places or chains. Today is an exception the lady that took my order was absolutely fantastic. She should be training the young kids on customer service. It has been a long time since I've been to a chain establishment that has had an employee that has taken the time to be cheerful. Not only When she took my order, but when she brought out the food or passed by delivering food to other tables. I wish more places employed older people! They remember the art of customer service.“

“Food was fine but in the future, I'll make my own sandwich. Place was busy and everyone seemed happy with the food. Only issue was staff was not trained on how to accept a tax exempt order, only the manager knew how; minor inconvenience“

“One of my favorite restaurants!
Unfortunately, it’s gotten way too expensive. Being almost 70, on Social Security, and still having to work part time, makes it difficult to frequent one of my favs more than once or twice a year.
P.S. I was disappointed that they have replaced their yummy Bearclaw with a dry Almond Pastry…bummed!“

“I took my six-year-old daughter here in the morning. It was a little early before they had all the bread ready. We couldn’t get a baguette cause it wasn’t ready yet so we had a bagel. While we were sitting there, the bread came out of the oven and the manager brought us over a loaf. It was really sweet! The service is really improved in this place recently“
