It was our (brother and I) first time at Whataburger. Lauren saw us struggling a bit in front of the menu and helped us out in a tremendous manner. He, after 10 days in the States, was the first person we actually wanted to tip as he went out of his way to help us. He declined the tip, showing his professional intend. Thanks a lot, Lauren! All future Whataburgers for us will be a reminder to your location.
