Hospitality is the word I think of when entering the doors. Even if you have a wait time, they are more than happy to take care of you should any issues arise. “This place has the best food. I have only been here 3x now and every single time I order wings they always give me more than ordered. We came inside to eat last week. The ones working the counter seemed new but that’s okay. It was still a great experience! I believe the cook even came out to our table to check on stuff.. unless he was a manager!
