“There's nothing inherently wrong with this McDonald's except self-service kiosk never has a receipt tape. Would it be nice to take a survey and tell him about these issues that I have. Also one of the coke machines never has ice in it. They also seem to have trouble putting napkins in the bag with the order. Someone needs to have a talk with him about this and correct these issues. These are not major issues but frustrating nonetheless when you're in a hurry.“

“I called extremely frustrated about a happy meal for my kids. We opened the box and it was just a patty and cheese slice. The manager talked with me and went over the order preoperly. Come to find out, the McDonald’s app is what screwed up. The manager and his staff handled this very well and professionally. Thank you guys again“
