“Great food, great friendly staff! Our order was ready before we even sat down to our table. Chicken was hot, tasty, crispy outside & moist inside. Good mashed potatoes with gravy, and dinner roll. Our only complaint was that the restaurant was pretty cool inside, so be sure to bring a jacket, that's not a bad thing, though, when it's hot outside ?“

“I called extremely frustrated about a happy meal for my kids. We opened the box and it was just a patty and cheese slice. The manager talked with me and went over the order preoperly. Come to find out, the McDonald’s app is what screwed up. The manager and his staff handled this very well and professionally. Thank you guys again“

“Due to dietary restrictions, I’m unable to consume most of the food and drinks offered at the location. I don’t drink soda, and I’m allergic to gluten. Despite that, I still make an effort to visit and support the Cushing Sonic franchise whenever possible. The reason? Their exceptional manager and team.
They are consistently involved in the community, professional, and incredibly polite. Their presence on social media is equally impressive—they do a phenomenal job keeping everyone informed and engaged.

“Got worst Mexican pizza I’ve ever eaten..sauce on top tasted like was old.. cold and nasty..tacos meat was cold all way through..not just from cold lettuce ( I had sour cream left off) ..it was not cold out.. nor did it sit around..“

“Ordered the Triple Treat box(s) and every single pizza, dessert/cheese sticks/cinnamon rolls were so delicious!! I have not had such well made items in a long time!! The cheese sticks melted in my mouth!! KUDOS to the cook who fixed this order you are a true craftman and made my day!!!!!😉“

“There's nothing inherently wrong with this McDonald's except self-service kiosk never has a receipt tape. Would it be nice to take a survey and tell him about these issues that I have. Also one of the coke machines never has ice in it. They also seem to have trouble putting napkins in the bag with the order. Someone needs to have a talk with him about this and correct these issues. These are not major issues but frustrating nonetheless when you're in a hurry.“

“I love Sonic and lately have only gone for a quick bite to eat or mostly drinks. The food and service have gotten a little better recently. The carhops actually act like they like their job. The cooks have done a good job as far as getting our order correct recently too. I've had pleasant experiences lately.“

“An older lady was ahead of us in. She was terrible, making multiple orders, indecisive all the way, snide comments, then acted like it was the staff that "needs an attitude adjustment." It took everything I had not to snap at the customer. These staff have the patience of saints. All of them. Grade A service in spite of attitude.“
