“By far New York Fries has the worst staff ever. I may have attended on a bad day but the service was terrible. I attended at lunch today. It was a rainy day so it wasn't too busy. I waited for 30 minutes because I noticed a staff at the back hiding and pretending to do work. She refused to serve me and didn't come out for the entire lunch service. I usually support the hard working staff and try not to critize them.
This worker was obviously angry at the owner and probably the supervisor as she wanted them to lose business but she was unkind to the customers. She could have encouraged me to go to another business like Tim Hortons but instead she just ignored me.
I must admit I thought that the experience would have been better. I like NY fries but today the staff didn't like us. The food is good but the customer service isn't. This will go in my top 10 worst customer service experiences.
I don't think I will ever go back to NY fries especially at the onroute in Mallory Town. The staff working today accomplished her goal she has ensured we will no longer want to attend that restaurant again.
Parking: The parking is really good more than enough for the many restaurants here.“
