“I ordered brio as my drink. Dude just rang me up for a regular combo. After the money was paid he said oh brio is a different price and made me select a different drink. Slices here are kinda small. I think the make large slices instead of the extra large slices I can get at other places.It seems to me the service here is very inconsistent looking at many other reviews. Although there are many replies by Corporate I fail to see initiative or any additional training for employees. These comments might just be theatrics to seem like corporate is involved.Update: Consistency and communication problem seem to have improved. slices and pizzas have a crispy crunch to my liking.“

“Been coming to Di Rienzo's for take out lunch for many years. Hands down the best sandwich you'll ever eat. Once you taste one you'll be hooked. Try the spicy eggplant as a garnish it adds so much flavour. My other favourite is the fresh cannolli. Again best I've ever had. I will literally make a special trip and drive half way across the city to get lunch here. Don't be surprised when there is a line up going out the door if you show up at lunch hour. The wait is never long as the staff are super efficient. You'll be in and out in 10 min max. Then enjoy your delicious lunch and tell your friends all about this gem of a spot.“
“The best grilled chicken I have ever tried in Canada.I was having a dilemma whether to buy the combo with three sides or order them separately. The staff was super nice and answered all my questions.I would recommend you guys to buy the chicken separately and choose sides depending on your preference, whether small or large. We got a whole chicken for $25 plus sides (a large rice for $8.50 and a small plantain for $4.75), total $38.25 before taxes. I decided to order separate because judging by the container for the combo (three sides) and previous customer photos, I do not think it would fill too much.Chicken: 4.5/5 Plantain3/5 It was not sweet for my liking, it needed more ripe.Overall, I will definitely recommend you guys to try this.I will come back next time we are in Ottawa.“
