“We went to this location for the first time this past weekend as we were visiting Aurora. We were greeted by this amazing lady who had very good customer service etiquette. She was very patient with us as we are picky eaters which gave us a "homemade meal" feeling. The pizza tasted amazing and the two of us finished this tasty large pizza in minutes. “I came here today to try the Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sandwich. I was greeted with a smile from very friendly staff. :) I was concerned that it might be too spicy, but the counterperson said that they could tone it down with less sauce. The sandwich was excellent. Freshly cooked, very nice chicken breast with a light crispy coating. The fries are fresh, not frozen and the fountain drinks are unlimited. I will be back!

The young woman at the counter was eager to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from ensuring we were comfortable with the level of spice of my sandwich, added extra pickles right before our food was ready as we nearly forgot to ask, and even asked if it was ok to give our son a juice box “on the house”. Great communication and went above and beyond with service including plenty of ketchup and napkins without needing to ask. Food was great and very happy with our first impression!!“

“I visited my family over the holidays and came to Upper Canada mall for a quick lunch on the way. I have a lot of health restrictions and always on the look out for healthy food options (bonus if vegetarian/vegan). So glad to have found this spot!! When asking about the server's reco, they mentioned their burger was tasty but knowing I was in a bit of a rush, suggested the Crunch Wrap Supreme with vegan queso and packed with veggies. It was absolutely delicious!!! I don't think I've inhaled anything faster. I've been dreaming of it since and will be back to try their other menu options :) The servers were super friendly as well. I'd highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a healthy option that's not bland, and a good price point.“

“I’ve been going to Golden Bell for at least 20 years and although I’ve tried other Thai restaurants I’ve always returned to Golden Bell. The reason is simple, their Thai food is better, more flavourful and always spot on. I do however wish they were open Sundays and closed Mondays instead. :)“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“
