“Great meal, had the Jerk Shrimp bowl, would recommend for unique flavour and lightness. Beer was great, service terrific. Busy spot on a Saturday so a bit loud as far as atmosphere goes but that is to be expected. Games room downstairs looks fun! Can we bring games upstairs?“

“Went on Saturday of the long weekend for lunch, had the spinach dip to start, chicken ceasar wrap with waffle fries and my friend had the club with a twist and fries it was the best tasting food, great service and atmosphere. I will for sure be going back!“

“Dinner was excellent tonight at Moxies! Went for a birthday and they treated us well. Our server Devon always made sure we were well taken care of. It was a quiet night and we had the section to ourselves: comfy booth and nearby electric fireplace.The menu is extensive for both adults and children, which is wonderful. The kids' dessert is my son's favorite by far! Ice cream sundae in a bowl atop dry ice which creates a steamy 'volcano' effect. Such a wonderful treat!The only drawback of course is the price tag. I completely understand paying for a well cooked meal and lovely environment, but the prices are still higher than what you would expect in Kitchener. Thirty-six for a sirloin, twenty-four for a chicken salad, thirteen for a mojito, and four-fifty for a soda (come on, syrup and soda water should not cost that much!). The kids meal was thirteen but the dessert is amazing, so I won't fault that, but they charged two dollars to give him an extra piece of bread. I would love to come to Moxies more often, but not for the prices they ask.Kid-friendliness: The kids Volcano dessert is awesome! Ice cream sundae over a bowl of dry ice creating a steaming volcano effect.“

“Not normally a fan of chain restaurants but went for the half price wings. They were surprisingly excellent, cooked exactly as we asked and great flavour. We had one person in our group with an allergy and the manager went out of his way to accommodate it. Service was great and the waitress was friendly. It was a bit noisy bc of screaming kids but that's not their fault. Will definitely be back again for half price wings“

“The Cambridge Restaurant is an absolute gem!!!! I cannot recommend it highly enough! I had thought I wrote a review years ago and somehow missed doing so. The Cambridge Restaurant has been my husband and my favourite place to eat since we moved to Cambridge 5 years ago. The food is delicious and comforting, with many creative specials always available, and homemade food!! I am just drooling thinking about all of the meal and desert options!! The staff who work here are beyond lovely:):) Thomas is one such person, and he is so kind and friendly, we love seeing him:) The owners are incredible and caring people who give back to the community. “County Boy Family Restaurant is my family's favorite breakfast place.Their food and options are just incredibly delicious.Besides their amazing food... to see my son eating and enjoying his breakfast is just priceless.On our last visit, we where assisted my Peggy. “Our server, Jon, was absolutely wonderful! We he came to take our drinks order and was happy to take our food order right away when we mentioned we were a little tight on time. The food arrived very quickly, and was everything you’d hope for a breakfast diner.When our food arrived there was a confusion with the order (our confusion, not theirs) and it was the server who brought the food that explained. We had ordered what we thought was a smoked salmon bagel but it was a smoked salmon plate with a bagel on the side on a different plate. The server brought the three main plates out and was bringing the bagel in a separate trip so there was a moment of confusion around what exactly we ordered. We were very happy with the bagel salmon dish. Jon came by shortly after to confirm everything was okay because he heard there was a confusion.Even when the restaurant got busier just before we left Jon was still serving with a smile on his face.So all in all, all the staff were great, the food was fast and delicious, and Jon, in particular was a favourite!“

“Both of us had the fish & chips. Fish n' chips at this place is always delicious. This time, the fries were too salty (good thing I sampled them first before adding any condiments). We were told the cook puts on his own seasoning with the fries. We relayed to waitress that we found them way too salty! First time for me experiencing that here (I've been visiting here for years now). No problem. Next time, I will ask for "plain fries" (i.e. nothing on them) & just add my own. But the service is always tops & the fish is yummy here. Price are O.K.“

“Went for lunch with my fiancé and his grandparents today. Never been there before. We had a fantastic meal. Our server was awesome and so hard working. I swear she never stopped cleaning, serving or taking care of our every needs. My Sunset Canadian Burger was excellent and the portions were very generous for the money. The rest of my table were very happy with their dishes. Extremely well kept restaurant and top notch staff.Only one issue I had was the very loud ethnic music playing through most of our meal. My future grandparents In law are hard of hearing and with the dining room so empty the music was overpowering our conversations.“

“Price has gone up and food quality has gone down.. I got a big breakfast with french toast and a chocolate milk and it cost me 30 with a tip. Still good but not what it once was. Still busy and even though it's not what it once was it's still a very good breakfast spot“
