Both employees who were working there when I went in were kind, polite and in my opinion went above and beyond.
Asking questions about food sensitivity and overall they were absolutely wonderful people.
I had a gluten free wrap and smoothie.

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac, (no gluten) it was very easy to order a wrap that was gluten free and tasted delicious.

There is not another sub shop in KW that I know of that even comes close to making subs as good as firehouse subs. I can only justify going here a handful of times per year, but it is a great treat.“
