I asked my husband to get me some Subway this evening. I told him I'd like the Bourbon Barbecue steak and cheese sandwich. I also gave him a note as to the items I wanted removed. Crispy onions, lettuce and hot peppers. He gave the server the note. She asked him what else he wanted on the sub. He didn't know what was all on it so he said everything else that goes on it.

I’ve consistently received excellent service from some of the long-standing staff at this location. They are friendly, accurate, and professional.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. There was no greeting, and my sandwich was prepared with incorrect toppings. I had to correct the order during preparation and was told the toppings matched what was in the app, which was not accurate (I confirmed in my order history).

Haven't had Subway in a while. I had a assorted on cheesy bread grilled. It was very delicious.
