“We have always had good service at this subway but we stopped in this last time on a Sunday evening and there was only one employee there (Nick). There were two different groups of people ordering before us each with multiple sandwiches and he was able to get everyone processed faster than most Subway's with two employees.“

“Mani tonight went above and beyond with her customer service. I spent 20 minutes trying to order on the app and put it thru and the server as usual was down and glitchy . It kept placing the order then canceling it . I then bought a gift card to use on the app , since I have done that before and it worked previously. This time nothing worked and the order was making me frustrated at the terrible web experience… she resolved it on her end and we finally got our sandwiches which were great . Store is very clean and bright and the food area organized and clean … best location in Waterloo :)“
