“I drove/walked by Elpida a hundred times - I’m so glad I finally came in! The espresso was excellent, the hot chocolate was amazing (my husband a hot chocolate aficionado asked if he could have a second one!) and the baked goods vere lovely. Most of all the young couple of Elpida are beautiful - warm, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and community oriented.

“This was our first time here. We were looking for sushi on a Sunday night and Sushi Han was the only one open. So glad we went. The food was awesome and presented perfectly.

The atmosphere was great too. We came in from a rainy parking lot and stepped into a warm, cozy, and welcoming place in Sushi Han. The family that runs it was so welcoming too. 😀

We have definitely found our go-to sushi restaurant now.”

“I was here tonight. There was a young woman working the counter. She was very kind and helpful with us. She was all by herself at 7pm working on countless subs with a long line. This is not a complaint, I commend her! During all this rush, she got screamed at and recorded by 2 completely irrational women who were upset that they didn’t notice they got their veggies on wrong kind of bread (the end of the world as we know it!). She kept her head and her composure and I feel so badly for her. Treat your service workers KINDLY. They are human too. Not punching bags. It is never so serious for you to blatantly harass and scream a person for just following
rules set by management. If you don’t like it? Don’t go back! Food was subway. Always tastes just as you want it. No complaints.”

“I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but The Bomb truly deserves it. I’ve been a loyal customer since the day they first opened their doors, and I can honestly say their quality and service have never changed if anything, they’ve only gotten better with time.

From day one, the customer service has been outstanding. Every visit feels welcoming and genuine. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where they remember regulars, treat everyone with respect, and keep that same positive energy year after year, but The Bomb has managed to do exactly that.

Now, the food absolutely incredible. The consistency is what impresses me the most. Whether it’s my first visit years ago or my most recent one, the quality has always been top-tier. Everything tastes fresh, well-prepared, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it shows in every bite. Portions are generous, flavors are always on point, and you never leave disappointed.

“Absolutely 5⭐️ rating!!! We stopped in because my wife remembered that our nextdoor neighbour drives 35 minutes to get dinner there and we were in the neighborhood. I ordered the Station Sammy with the Burning Hot Memphis Heat seasoning. It can never be too hot and usually isn’t. Well, my ‘Sammy’ was made with real chicken breast (that didn’t taste like it was brined) and lots of it, with pickles and slaw on the brioche bun. It was filling, meaty, and good and HOT!!! The roof of my mouth and my stomach felt the heat. There was a very generous amount of tasty fresh cut fries and a thick gravy. I couldn’t eat all of it but made sure I finished the sandwich. I’ve never had a real Memphis chicken sandwich to compare, but this was THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I don’t write reviews and only believe that people write them if they are looking for some reward or had a terrible experience. I had to write this as it was that good for me and look forward to another visit there this summer. Try it!”

“The lobster bisque was delicious. The baked salmon with garlic dill sauce was fresh and delicious. The veal parmigiana was good, but the tomato sauce on the pasta was too sweet. The music was what you would expect in an Italian restaurant--beautiful, all instrumental, all Italian and not too loud. Overall, a very pleasant experience.”

“They make a really good burger! Fries are great too. Nice and crispy! The owners are super friendly and will stack your burger just how you like it. I asked for just 7 fries and they had no problem doing that unlike other places where if there isn't a button for that item, they won't make it.
Prices are reasonable for the portion size. And once you taste their food, you won't care what it costs.
This was my 3rd Friday in a row. See ya next week!”

“My daughter and I attended the Keswick, Swiss Chalet on May 14, 2024, Food was excellent and the servers Sarah and Rose were excellent. One was in training and she was sweet, attentive and will be a compliment to Keswick location.”

“I love this cafe! The treats are always incredible (my favourites are the raspberry squares, salted caramel choc chip square, and anything with a shortbread base). The staff are all so friendly and helpful - it's a wonderful place to meet friends, bring your family, or just do takeout. The lunch options (paninis, wraps, salads or soups) are delicious and change daily and seasonally. As a bonus there are frozen dinner options for you to take home and they also do catering! Can't recommend the Lighthouse Cafe enough!”
