“Was recommended this place to come pick up sandwiches when we had the Ontario volleyball championships here a few weeks ago.

Definitely a recommend and a must when visiting Ottawa. Can see why this is probably the number one sandwich spot in Ottawa.
The meat is fresh and they sandwiches are loaded.

It’s also a big bang for your buck. Very great value at $10 taxes in for any sandwich on the menu. And when i was carrying the bag, can i just say, these were heavy little guys too!

They also take online orders so you can have it ready to be picked up when you go.

Oh, also the cannolis. One of the best I’ve had in awhile. And do t get one, you’re gonna regret not getting a second one.

Service was decent and you might be skeptical when you first walk in as it looks like an old school convenience store. But everyone was so impressed with the sandwich. The coaches even asked to have it a second time around for the second day.

Parking is tough if there’s a lot of people. There’s a small parking lot but looks like many people also park on the street to make a quick stop to pick up and go. So highly recommend placing your orders online.

Also got a veal sandwich which was great but i believe the sandwich is the star of the show here.

I had a really great experience overall with this restaurant. Initially, we had a hiccup with our order. Not only was this resteraunt so quick and attentive to a customer reaching out, they went above and beyond to make it up to us and have us happy and feeling like valued customers. I really have to praise this level of customer service and care for customers. You don't always encounter that with some resteraunts in my past experience, so it was such a pleasant surprise. A big shout out to Younis and his team for working hard and being dedicated to what they do and serving their customers. We loved the food and service. The pizza's come with good fresh toppings and a good helping of cheese! Delivery was quick as well. We will definitely be repeat customers as we feel we found our new pizza place! Who cares if they are “doing tricks” with a box, as long as your food is getting made. People these days need something to complain about constantly. “Amazing food. Come here almost every week. Their Poutine is amazing. They even gave my friend a free poutine when his debit card didn't work. Would 100% recommend this place. It's amazing. It's not just the food, but the workers are super nice. I went to another New York Fries at the Rideau Center. And I've got to say this restaurant is 100% better than the one at Rideau.“

Noodles have a satisfying texture. The broth is light but flavorful. The green onion and cilantro garnishes are fresh.

Spicy beef side dish came with sliced onions, which added to the flavor.

The kitchen staff accommodated my dairy allergy perfectly and went above-and-beyond to make us a dairy-free dessert. So much thought went into our evening by all the staff and we are so grateful. Waitress didn’t bother to bring items she said she would. Specifically requested an orange slice for my grandson, never arrived. Promised me cotton candy at the end of my meal. Never arrived. Went to pay because after 5 minutes of us all standing up and packing up the baby, still has to go inside to pay. That’s when my friend slipped on butter from a a knife that was on the floor, staff reaction was oh. And looked the other way!
Still after standing in front of my waitress ( the one who couldn’t care less about the accident the orange, and the cotton candy. Why would she care about my friend almost breaking her neck on a knife that was sitting on the floor ( I picked up their dirty knife) in between her at the cash and her coworker eating food at the table in between us then whoever the manager or the gentleman that seem to be working that day also said he was gonna go back and get me some cotton candy and never bothered to bring it out. Finally, we just walked away will never be back but hey, the food was good. Yes, I still tipped them. I shouldn’t have, but I did.“

“The best scone place in Ottawa I cannot tell how much I love it and I enjoy the food and always get some many scones for weeks. It is always a great day when I have my coffee with one of sconewitch scones. I love the tuna tomato scone and the cream and cranberry one and all of them to be honest.“

“Stayed at the hotel for Christmas and it was great. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. The shower was great and loved the quality of the toiletries and products provided. The rooms are also very quiet, I knew the room beside was occupied but I never heard anything. The staff was nice, helpful, kind. The restaurant is fantastic! Only downside, there is no pool or spa.
