Been a customer of this specific location for around 5 years. A&W, as far as cost, should be a premium place to eat but everything about this location continues to go downhill. I am not sure if it is under new management or what but within the past 2 years especially, things have declined as far as service, speed and cleanliness.
In the past year we have probably gone 20 to 30 times which equates to about $500 to $600 in sales to them. We have never seen anyone working...read full review
