“I'd give it a 5 star except they wouldn't Trenta my wife's PSL. Tsk tsk

Dietary restrictions: Sometimes they put regular milk instead of oat/soy/almond milk in my wife's drink, and while I agree it tastes better it does NOT agree with her tum tum“

“I go to the Starbucks a lot and I normally have a very good experience. The workers are very friendly, atmosphere is great and I am satisfied most of the time. However, whenever I get an ice shaken espresso, it seems that it is way too milky and never made correctly as it’s normally made at other Starbucks. I think that training needs to be reevaluated on how to make shaken espressos, other than that I love this location and they do an amazing job.“

“This place is amazing!! I've never been before, and the guy not only helped me pick an awesome drink that I loved, but suggested another fun way to order it in the future (chai latte with soya milk and cinnamon) will absolutely be back. Great energy, give this man a raise for crying out loud 👏 🙌“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks in Barrie yesterday. The staff went above and beyond in the kindest way. When they ran out of the sandwich my mom wanted, they surprised her with a gift card, which was already so thoughtful. Then, when we went to leave, my car wouldn’t start and they welcomed us back inside without hesitation and even gave me a free drink.

Genessa was especially incredible – so sweet, positive, and genuinely caring. She completely brightened my day and turned a stressful situation into a really memorable experience. Exceptional customer service.“

“I stop here every day in the morning, the staff is always friendly and attentive to me. The manager is usually always there and happy to help, making coffee herself even! Quite often! I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area who needs a coffee as their go to spot. Thanks for the GREAT service!

“Great service. Came by Xmas morning and everything was great BUT @Starbucks put the tipping option back on your keypad so we can tip these folks when we use out cards. If you dont feel the need to tip then no problem as you dont have to but if you wish to leave a tip you have the option.“
