Dietary restrictions: Sometimes they put regular milk instead of oat/soy/almond milk in my wife's drink, and while I agree it tastes better it does NOT agree with her tum tum“

“Thanksgiving weekend, only one staff at the counter, and a whole bunch of people, me included all come in at once. He was pleasant and quick. Another staff came running in from the back to help but the young man had managed to help us all already. I come to this location everytime I visit the in-laws even though it doesn't have a drive-thru which I usually prefer. The staff make it worth it.“

“I go to the Starbucks a lot and I normally have a very good experience. The workers are very friendly, atmosphere is great and I am satisfied most of the time. However, whenever I get an ice shaken espresso, it seems that it is way too milky and never made correctly as it’s normally made at other Starbucks. I think that training needs to be reevaluated on how to make shaken espressos, other than that I love this location and they do an amazing job.“

“I had let an employee pick a drink for me, the following day I came back to re-purchase because I enjoyed it. When i re-purchased it, i did a mobile order and just ordered the last thing I had ordered. However, once i got the drink, i realized that the day before the lady didn’t log it was oat milk, she just made sure to add it. So when i re-purchased it didnt have oat milk. I explained the situation as i can not have regular milk, Georgia was so kind to offer to remake my drink no problem, she was more than willing and kind. Didn’t make me feel bad for not realizing sooner. Overall, had a great experience and was very impressed with how welcoming she was and how she instantly was ready to fix the problem that I had made by not double checking before i place the order. Will definitely be returning.“

“I come to this location a lot as I work in the Georgian mall, the staff are amazing and very caring about their customers. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the layout of the drive thru and the parking lot, however thats a city issue. I came to the drive thru the other day and the person who made my drink made it wrong but I told Or at the register and he was super kind and attentive and made me a new drink very quickly! He’s served me a few times and every time is a pleasure!“

“The best Starbucks in Simcoe County. Every, and I mean every member of the staff is so nice. I love grabbing coffee and sitting in this location. They also tolerate me ordering medium black coffee, yeah I'll never get the other size names right 😜
Oh and a friendly reminder, 90+% of mobile order customers say 'thank you', the other 10% it takes two words and two seconds. This staff deserves at least those two words always...😉“

“I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme frappe on Friday February 23rd around 7:30pm and the girl working who made my drink was the absolute best. Nobody has made my drink better. Wish it was that good everytime! Wish I knew her name but wonderful barrista!Unfortunately, this location does not accept tips which I think is a bit unfair.“

“I stop here every day in the morning, the staff is always friendly and attentive to me. The manager is usually always there and happy to help, making coffee herself even! Quite often! I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area who needs a coffee as their go to spot. Thanks for the GREAT service!

“there are 2 workers here who are so sweet! i ordered an ice chai and when i came to the window they politely let me know they were out of chai, and to make it up to me they made me a venti ribbon crunch frap for the price of a small chai!! i love you guys, thank you!!!“
