“I'd give it a 5 star except they wouldn't Trenta my wife's PSL. Tsk tsk

Dietary restrictions: Sometimes they put regular milk instead of oat/soy/almond milk in my wife's drink, and while I agree it tastes better it does NOT agree with her tum tum“

“The baristas are always so kind and nice! They immediately asked me if I wanted to redeem my points that I completely forgot about. They always have great recommendations when the new season drinks come out.
The only thing I noticed is that my drink is normally not full to the top. Last time I ordered, I would say I was missing about 1.5 inches of my latte even with the whip cream added. I noticed it as soon as I left the drive thru so it wasn’t like the whip cream melted.
Other than that I’ve had amazing service here- drive thru and inside.

“Thanksgiving weekend, only one staff at the counter, and a whole bunch of people, me included all come in at once. He was pleasant and quick. Another staff came running in from the back to help but the young man had managed to help us all already. I come to this location everytime I visit the in-laws even though it doesn't have a drive-thru which I usually prefer. The staff make it worth it.“

“I come to this location a lot as I work in the Georgian mall, the staff are amazing and very caring about their customers. The only thing I don’t particularly like is the layout of the drive thru and the parking lot, however thats a city issue. I came to the drive thru the other day and the person who made my drink made it wrong but I told Or at the register and he was super kind and attentive and made me a new drink very quickly! He’s served me a few times and every time is a pleasure!“

“My favourite starbucks in barrie. The staff here are great. I never wait too long for service- no matter the time of day. They go above and beyond. Never had mistakes made on my orders. And they are always more than willing to correct the mistakes of other stores. I rarely go elsewhere !! They are out of my way and Jess and her team are the best. “I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch creme frappe on Friday February 23rd around 7:30pm and the girl working who made my drink was the absolute best. Nobody has made my drink better. Wish it was that good everytime! Wish I knew her name but wonderful barrista!Unfortunately, this location does not accept tips which I think is a bit unfair.“

“I stop here every day in the morning, the staff is always friendly and attentive to me. The manager is usually always there and happy to help, making coffee herself even! Quite often! I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area who needs a coffee as their go to spot. Thanks for the GREAT service!
