Starbucks in Orangeville

“Interesting anecdote; not long after we sat down with our drinks (it was busy so it took 10+minutes to get them) we heard someone yelling from the back of the adjoining Indigo bookstore and a teenage boy was escorted to the Starbucks counter - he had been pepper sprayed!! The staff behind the counter called 911 and offered him water for his eyes and gave him milk to drink. The police and paramedics arrived and he was taken away. Due to the acrid cloud that followed him, the staff at Starbucks apologized, offered to replace our drinks then requested we vacate the store to let it air out - little excitement in our otherwise dull day! Staff was very friendly and apologetic“

“These employees at this store deserve a raise … no matter what day I come in or how busy they are the ALWAYS give you the best customer service.. so helpfully with the app so helpful for when you want your own kinda drink … there just all amazing you don’t get service like that anymore sadly … she even made a heart on my latte“
