“The Manager at this location Cory does a great job from food prep to how it’s served to customer satisfaction. We placed a large order for the family and the food was made well and packed well. We were unfortunately short a burger and Cory offered us two for the inconvenience and apologized for the mistake. Also my order is only patties with cheese and this location does not wrap it in lettuce! They put it in a container making it easier and more enjoyable to eat. That is how to do it! Keep up the high standard of service and quality of food thank you Cory & team!“

I left feeling super guilty and called the manager to apologize and she said not to worry about it. “The best drive thru experience we've had in Grimsby! Bianca is just one example of the great staff that work at the Harvey's & Swiss Chalet in Grimsby just off the QEW near the Casablanca exit. This well trained team is always friends & patient. We couldn't believe Bianca took our orders and had all our custom dressed burgers ready by the time we pulled up to the drive through window. This Harvey's / Swiss Chalet location set's the bar high and always delivers!“

The gentleman taking drive thru orders was one of the friendliest and helpful people we have ever had in a drive thru. He took the time to kindly tell us the differences between a couple of the burgers and did not rush us. A+++ for customer service! Our burgers were fresh and very tasty! 🤩🤩🤩“
