“I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. Every dish has been delicious and the service was great. I do appreciate that it caters to a wide range of tastes. I like curries and rotis, while my friends often prefer wings or pasta. Country Perks gives us plenty of options.“

“Held a Celebration of Life with about 50 people. Had a buffet with a large variety of food that was all delicious. Many compliments from attendees! Our waitress Kate was amazing. Fair prices and very helpful and easy to organize. No complaints. Always have a good experience lunch, dinner or drinks and now events!“

“This place is just as it’s referred to “the best kept secret in Newcastle”. Food here is exceptionally good, have never had a bad meal here and always great service from the wonderful staff. Hard to find. Spot that can pour a Guinness these days. Not here though. Often I drive 2 towns over just to visit here for a meal and a pint. Best wings, Shepard pie, Parmesan chicken. And so on. I highly recommend this spot!

“Amazing food and service! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DIVE BARS IN DURHAM REGION. It is defiantly not a “family bar” like Montanas or KELSEYS but if you are 20-45 it is a great atmosphere and has a really cool karaoke night on Wednesdays :) they also have the BEST deep fried Mara bars :)“
