“We were blown away by the exceptional ambience, service and food. The quantity and quality exceeded exceptions. Highly recommend the wings, nachos, souvlaki and pulled pork sandwich. “Whenever I'm in Durham, I make the trip to Brooklin Pub - great service, great food, great atmosphere. Normally I drop in to watch a hockey game, but last night was date night, so we sat in a booth in the quieter area.
Tried the curry rolls this past visit - delicious, and the hot sauce they make is smoking hot, but tremendous. Love getting my Peroni on tap. Girlfriend enjoyed her cocktail, Heather, mixed something up for her, and it was a hit!

“I cannot recommend this location enough. It’s my second time dining here when I drove in from west Toronto to meet family. Both times we had exceptional service and great food. They are very accommodating of accessibility concerns and dietary restrictions. They were amazing at being able to accommodate our midsize group (10-12) last minute for a 90th birthday and there were no unnecessary delays. Shout out to Angelica who was a fab asset to our party and my grandfather, the birthday boy, thought she was a gem. And not that the majority of people care, but with a vegetarian in every group, I have to say that their plant based wings are the most delicious comfort food I’ve ever tasted.“

“I had the big breakfast and it was SO good!!!! And really affordable. I feel really bad because I left a bad review last time because it was cold which wasn’t the fault of the restaurant. They asked to rate it and I did. The taste was good even though it was cold likely due to the courier. I ordered again and was so glad I did. This time everything was steaming hot and was really delicious. I will definitely order from here again. Exactly what I was craving!“

“Held a Celebration of Life with about 50 people. Had a buffet with a large variety of food that was all delicious. Many compliments from attendees! Our waitress Kate was amazing. Fair prices and very helpful and easy to organize. No complaints. Always have a good experience lunch, dinner or drinks and now events!“

“I've been going here for many years.
The food is great. My server and her service were terrific! I order 2lbs wings and fries with a pint of their house brew. Awesome HOT, fresh cut daily fries and very meaty wings, not those skinny little things you sometimes get at other places. Well worth the visit. I know they are constantly working to keep a high standard of food quality and customer service, and I appreciate the owners effort for that.
This review is based on 10 years of patronage. I know Sabinas well.

“This place is in an industrial neighbourhood. It is not fancy but clean and has lots of space. Two customers outside for a smoke welcomed us and held the door. Lol.
Service was great and bartender was extremely friendly.
The servings are huge, very well made and appear to be home made. I had Sheppard's pie and it was huge and delicious. My mother had a reuban which she absolutely loved. Very reasonably priced. Highly reccomend this place. Only downside was that washrooms were not very clean.

“The chicken curry with rice is to die for!! It really tastes homemade, I'm going crazy over it. Love it!!! Also props to the chef for still making a pretty plating of it even though they were putting it into a takeout container. It looked and smelled gorgeous opening it up!PS: also want to mention that a few months ago I stepped in for a beer after a terrible doctor's appointment. The bartender was suuuuuch a sweetheart, and I still remember how much better she made me feel! I'm a big fan of the branding redesign, but I'm also so glad to see that the hospitality has not changed and is still just as strong as ever!! Definitely an unassuming-yet-high-quality family-friendly place to be! (well at least during the day LOL:))“

“What a great restaurant. Our waitress went the extra mile. Even offered her recommendations of "extra cheese sauce" She was so right! Also first restaurant I have ever been to where they asked if anyone of us had a food allergy! I really appreciated this because I am allergic to cranberries. Which is in some of their salads.... Took extra care that my food would be safe.... Thanks girl you rocked. Wish I remember her Name I do know it started with a k and we were there wed evening around 530....“
