“I'd give it a 4.5. The customer service was great although the cashier got my order wrong (forgot to add cheese) and made me pay even though that mistake was on her. I didn't mind though. Who I assume was the manager, gave me a sauce to try before I left, he also helped answer every question I had about their menu since I'm a first time customer. Overall 5 star for service. The food was very good but it lacked heat. Definitely could use some type of hot sauce as an option to add without added cost. I wished the fries were crisper. Overall 4 star for food. The Mac and cheese could use a bit more flavor but it was definitely very cheesy. So Overall that was good too. I think it's a bit pricey but similar to other good burger spots. Overall I would recommend to friends/family.“

“I had to give feedback for a girl working there named Shubh. I visited on Friday, and honestly her service was amazing. She had such a positive attitude, was super respectful, friendly, and made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming What impressed me the most was that there were lots of customers and she was handling the front alone, but still managed to welcome every single customer properly with respect and patience. Even while being busy, she kept a smile on her face and treated everyone kindly. That honestly takes real effort and great customer service skills. Nowadays it’s hard to find people who genuinely care about customers, but she really stood out. Small interactions like that make a huge difference in someone’s experience. “Jolly at A&W gave us such a great recommendation when they didn’t have the cinnamon brown sugar latte drink we originally wanted. She suggested a similar drink instead and we ended up loving it so much that we keep coming back for it now. “For Tuesdays & Fridays, Popeyes should sell this: 2pcs + regular Fries + 1 biscuit + a small drink, For $4.00 plus 40 cents tax. That way, popeyes would have better sales, and people would go their alot more on tuesday. Even so, this epic deal can be on fridays as well. Popeyes would do alot better with this idea“

“I met my good friend Matt here to celebrate my 52nd birthday. people there is super polite, they smile, they look happy on they're jobs. The food is amazing, real heavy meat on the burgers. Matt said loud that was my birthday, we got a nice treat from the staff that i will never forget. this place became my favourite burger joint , a mandatory stop for me to grab a bite! 5 stars for the food, 10 stars for the staff!“

The honey-butter biscuits were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The sides were flavorful, the portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly made.
