Great and excellent service, food so good and fresh
Had an excellent experience at Wendy’s! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. A special thank to Manager Manraj for being so welcoming and professional—she made sure everything was perfect and really cared about the customers. Great customer service and a clean restaurant. Highly recommend this location!

Customers appreciate the helpful and patient nature of the employees, like Avdeep, who did a great job taking orders and recommended the Classic chicken sandwich. The baconator and baconator breakfast sandwich remain favorites, along with the potato wedges that customers wish were available all day. The drive-thru service is excellent, consistently serving fresh and delicious food, making customers extremely happy. One customer even received a full cup of chili for free after asking for a refill. Wendy's at Biscayne ensures a delightful dining experience with delicious food and top-notch service, making it a perfect spot for a quick meal after work, where familiar faces always recognize regular customers.
